Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Data Sprint ("we", "us"), an independent data analysis service based in Orange County, California, USA. By paying a deposit you agree to these terms. Website: https://josephyidata.com.
1. Services and scope
We offer fixed-price data services, currently the Dashboard Sprint ($600), Spreadsheet Rescue ($250) and Spreadsheet Autopilot ($200 for one automated task, $350 for up to 3 linked steps). We also offer an optional Monthly KPI Pack ($200 a month, 3-month minimum), billed monthly in advance instead of the 50% deposit and balance in section 2. Before any payment, we confirm the scope of each project in writing by email: the deliverable, data sources, tool, and turnaround. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only done if you approve it.
2. Pricing and payment
- Prices are fixed and in US dollars.
- A 50% deposit is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
- Payment is by Stripe Payment Link (deposit link and balance link) or a Stripe invoice by default. Zelle and check are optional, as stated on your invoice. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
- Final files or editing access are handed over once the balance is paid.
3. Turnaround
Turnaround is counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) from the later of: receipt of the deposit, and receipt of all files and access needed for the project. Dashboard Sprint: 5 business days. Spreadsheet Rescue: 5 business days. Spreadsheet Autopilot: 5 business days.
4. Revisions
Each project includes one revision round, requested within 5 business days of delivery, covering changes within the agreed scope. After approval, I'll fix any genuine errors free for 7 days.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to share the data you send, and that it does not include passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data unless we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. Accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the deliverables made for you. We may reuse general know-how, templates, and techniques that don't contain your data. We will not show your data or name your business publicly without your written permission.
7. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Deliverables are provided to help you understand your data and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you pay your deposit applies to your project. Questions: [email protected].
