Data Sprint is operated by Joseph Yi, Orange County, CA (https://josephyidata.com).

The Dashboard Sprint ($600) and Spreadsheet Rescue ($250) are paid on approval. Nothing is due up front, and you pay only after you approve the work in writing. Spreadsheet Autopilot and larger custom projects use a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on delivery.

Deposit projects: cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before kickoff (before we begin working on your files), you get a full refund of your deposit.

Deposit projects: cancelling after work has started

After kickoff, the deposit covers the work already done and is non-refundable. If you cancel before delivery, you owe nothing further, and we'll send you any work in progress on request.

Dashboard Sprint and Spreadsheet Rescue

Nothing is due until you approve the work. After delivery you have 3 business days to reply "approved" in writing, and payment is due within 3 business days of that reply. Silence doesn't count as approval. If we don't hear from you, we'll follow up. You can cancel at any time before you approve and owe nothing. If you don't approve the work, you owe nothing, no files are handed over, and we delete your data and our working files within 5 business days.

If we miss the agreed scope or turnaround

If the deliverable doesn't match the scope we agreed in writing, or we miss the agreed turnaround, we will either fix it at no extra cost or refund the unfinished portion of the work, whichever you prefer.

After approval

After approval, I'll fix any genuine errors free for 7 days.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name and invoice details. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
